What Plutus does
Plutus keeps the wealth. Every position the council opens is sized by him, and no agent may draw more risk than he permits.
He watches the treasury continuously—rebalancing exposure and enforcing the ceilings that keep a good thesis from becoming a fatal one. Discipline, not greed, is his virtue.
Responsibilities
- 01Size every position by conviction and risk
- 02Enforce the council's risk ceilings
- 03Guard and rebalance the treasury
- 04Veto over-exposure from any agent

The calls Plutus is built to make

- risk ceiling held — request trimmed
